Reporting: production development actions, quality figures. Leading a team of 5 development technicians.
Achievements: Investment of new vertical complete dry cooling and curing insulation line, including: Layout acceptance, insulation line construction, raw material logistic and handling, test runs and beginning of production; Jacketing line fine-tuning: ultrasonic thickness measuring device investment, floating under pressurized extruder head.
Responsibilities: Production and product quality control, customer audits, final inspection planning and execution, quality and process problem solving, product test planning, delivery project management, participation in external audits, management of internal audits, product approvals, quality system development, quality engineering, raw-material inspections and quality. Reporting: quality figures.
Achievements: Certification of new ISO 9001:2000 version; New operation guidance system (Quality First) implementation; Qualification of supplier for utilities / electric companies such as: China Light and Power, Exelon, Pacific Gas and Electric, Kahramaa, Lord Electric.
Responsibilities: Initiative system development and follow-up, process development, product quality, product line updating, product development projects, environmental system development (ISO 14001), quality coordinator of Ahvenanmaa-submarine cable delivery project.
